Impact Boxing/Kickboxing Boot Camps are a way of getting fit, into shape and getting an all over body workout whilst having lots of fun but with hard work chucked into the mix.
We have circuits, sessions on the bags, pad work, running, skipping, ab workout, muscle toning, weights and alot more in these sessions!! All ages and all fitness levels are welcome – we tailor your workout to your level so these can be from beginners to the advanced and we make sure everyone will get a good sweat on.
You will also learn the moves and techniques of kickboxing and boxing without the contact – so train like a pro without the blows!!
